Frequently asked questions about mugs:
1. How should I clean my Thermos product?
Each product on our website comes with its own care and use manual that includes cleaning instructions. Most of our products are dishwasher safe on the top rack, but we still recommend hand washing to maintain a beautiful finish. Never use bleach or any cleaner containing bleach to clean your product.
2. Do your stainless steel products have an internal coating?
No, stainless steel products do not have an internal coating.
3. What are the lids and straws of the thermos cups made of?
The lids of all our products are made of polypropylene. The spout is made of silicone and the stem is made of LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene). These materials are BPA-free.
4. Are the products BPA and lead free?
Yes, all of our products are carefully crafted from BPA-free materials; including polypropylene #5 and food-grade 18/8 stainless steel. Products are rigorously tested by independent testing laboratories and pose no risk of lead exposure to consumers.
5. How are vacuum insulated products optimized for temperature retention?
For best performance and insulation, preheat the inside of the product with hot water according to care and use instructions for best results. If you are going to serve soup, pasta or any other hot food in a thermos food canister, heat it on the stove to boiling point or in the microwave until it is piping hot before serving the food in the food canister. Please use caution when handling hot foods. Remember, you are not heating food to eat it now; you are heating it so that it will be safe to eat in a few hours.
6. Can I customize my product?
Yes, you can customize your product! We offer a variety of children's and adult water bottles that can be personalized with text, letters, graphics, or your own design. Please review our customization terms and conditions or contact customer service.
7. How long will it take for me to receive my product?
Orders take 2-3 days to process and 5-7 days to ship. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a package tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package on the shipping company's website.
